Police: Naked man chugged alcohol in SUV, hit patrol car at Kennesaw QuikTrip

Bradley William Hinton, 40, of Kennesaw, is accused of showing up at the QuikTrip gas station, 2761 Cobb Parkway NW in Kennesaw, three times to steal alcohol on March 1, according to an arrest warrant from the Kennesaw Police Department.

Hinton walked into the QuikTrip with his pants around his ankles without underwear. He then walked back to his vehicle. The QuikTrip manager called police and said a naked man was inside the business.

Upon arrival, officers found Hinton completely naked chugging a 16.9 ounce Beatbox alcohol beverage in the driver’s seat of his gray, 2014 Jeep Cherokee. While chugging the beverage, Hinton was spilling it all over himself, according to the warrant.

Hinton put his vehicle in park, then put it in reverse and backed up into the officer’s patrol vehicle, damaging it. Hinton would not open the door to get out of the vehicle and officers had to open the driver’s side door and pull him from the vehicle, according to the warrant.

Hinton is charged with public drunk; driving - open container; DUI - less safe alcohol; obstruction/hindering law enforcement; and public indecency nude. He was arrested on March 5 at 10:34 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records.

Hinton was released on March 8 at 9:14 p.m. on a $7,000 bond.
